By accessing and using the AutoGen Digital website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our services are provided to businesses in the UK.
2. Description of Service
AutoGen Digital provides professional digital services including but not limited to:
- Bespoke web design and development (React/Astro)
- Local SEO and search engine optimization
- Social media automation and management
- Managed hosting and technical maintenance
3. Payment Terms
Specific payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard practice includes:
- 50% deposit required to commence project work
- Final balance due upon project completion/launch
- Monthly services billed in advance via direct debit/invoice
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the website's frontend code and content is transferred to the client. AutoGen Digital retains rights to proprietary tools, base components, and underlying systems used in the build.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
