1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AutoGen Digital website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our services are provided to businesses in the UK.
2. Description of Service
AutoGen Digital provides professional digital services including but not limited to:
- Bespoke web design and development with Astro
- Local SEO included with website builds
- Managed hosting and technical maintenance
- Website support and add-on features
3. Payment Terms
Specific payment dates and milestones are set out in the written project proposal. Recurring hosting, support and add-on services are month-to-month unless a written proposal states otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the site owner owns the finished website outright, subject to any separately licensed third-party assets stated in the project proposal. AutoGen Digital retains rights to its reusable tools, base components and underlying systems.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
